Defrosting & Thawing

Increased supply of frozen raw materials in the production of further processed meat products has created a requirement for more efficient and food safety approved defrosting solutions. The CFS ScanMidi cuts the traditional defrosting time in half (depending on the product size etc.). Furthermore there are great benefits to the homogenous defrosting process such as no weight loss of the product, meat juices stay in the product and a very low bacteriological risk due to the closed environment.
