Service Manager 

• Treats all Service application, collect for this the relevant information and take care of the feedback to the customer.
• Implantate the activities in consultation between Customer and the Service Engineers.
• Discuss the activities with the concerning Service Engineer, make required documentation available and give apply work instruction.
• Accompanies the Service Engineers on technical and social area. The accompaniment occurs mainly on distance (tel., fax, e-mail).
• Treats complaints of customers, mostly in technical area and take care of the follow-up.
• Is responsible for the follow-up (internal and external) to the complaint settlement and the solution of the complaint.
• Takes part in 7-days/24 hours accessibility service (online)

• Bachelor degree in mechanical and/ or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience within a Customer Support organisation in a management function.
• Knowledge of the English and German language, French and Spanish language is a preference.
